Please approve it once you receive the mockup, without the approval we wouldn't be able to proceed with the printing. After Approval, we will dispatch the order the next working day by Royal Mail 1st class delivery and it usually takes ESTIMATED 1-2 business days to deliver in the UK.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

We accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. You can email us from your seller account to request cancellation.

Order Processing time for Dispatch: Orders before 12 pm will be dispatched via Royal Mail standard delivery within 24 hours of placing the order.

- We offer Returns within 30 Days of placing the order for NON PERSONALISED items.

- If your item is damaged or defective, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery otherwise we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

- For Return / Exchange please send the UNUSED / UNWORN item. Please leave a note inside with your request.
