🚚 DELIVERY & RETURN

Order Processing time for Dispatch: 1-2 working days.

Orders before 12 pm will be dispatched via Royal Mail standard delivery within 24 hours of placing the order.

We offer free standard delivery for UK mainland for all orders. Orders before 12 pm will be despatched via Royal Mail standard delivery within 24 hours of placing the order. Royal mail standard delivery usually takes 1-2 working days to delivery in UK.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. You can email us from your seller account to request cancellation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 We offer Returns within 30 Days of placing the order.

 If your item is damaged or defective, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery otherwise we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

 For Return / Exchange please send the UNUSED / UNWORN item. Please leave a note inside with your request.

RETURNING PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for personalized items.
