I value each individual customer who purchases from CustomT.co.uk and your concerns. Should you have an enquiry or complaint please do get in touch where I will be more than happy to help you. Customer satisfaction from service to receiving a product purchased from me is my priority and I will endeavour to resolve any issues.

All goods are checked by hand before being dispatched to ensure that no items are sent out incorrectly or faulty. All items are custom made by hand with due care and attention.

Refund or Replacement

Items can not be returned for a refund or a replacement issued unless the goods are damaged.

You must check all artwork approvals with care, once approved and printed I can not be held responsible for mistakes.

If you are still unhappy with your product, please allow time for me to investigate the problem. First please email me your enquiry within 14 days of you receiving your order with a photographic evidence.

You can than send the goods back by post to the address that will be supplied in a email. Postage must be paid by you to return. Once the item/s have been received I will email you with the outcome, should we find a manufacturing or printing fault a refund or replacement will be given.

Replacements or refunds will not be given for wrong size, colour or text supplied by you that is registered on your order details when you place an order.


Should you have to complain please contact me so I can help resolve your complaint. I will respond within 24 hrs to help resolve your issue.

Missing Orders:

Unfortunately items in the post can go missing. I send single items first/second class post and receive a proof of postage. Should your item not arrive please do let me know so I can investigate with the post office. Its not guaranteed to receive a refund from the post office and I can not be held responsible for such loses.

Washing Instructions:

Hand made products will require care when being washed. You will receive instructions with your garments. Please follow these carefully, you should damage your goods by not adhering to the instructions provided i can not be held responsible for such mistakes and no refund or replacement will be offered.
